- 50 cloves of garlic
- 2 large onions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cups clear chicken soup
- 1 cup fat sour cream
- 3 cups state bread
- 1 cup lemon juice
Put 50 clovers of cleaned and peeled garlic into one big dish. Then add 2 onions, thyme, olive oil, chicken soup and the sour cream and mix them together. In other dish melt the butter and add a lemon juice in it. After 10 minutes pour them into the garlic dish and mix them all together. Cover and refrigerate. You can eat the soup the next day.
